Established in 1999, Clearoute Inc. offers creative and highly customized action plans to a prestigious roster of clients, including Google, Sprint, Dell, Pepsi, and General Motors.


Shoaib Khan is the founder and CEO of M Worldwide Inc., a privately held investment and private equity firm with more than one billion dollars of investments. M Worldwide also has stakes in real estate, technology, media, marketing, and consumer goods ventures. Outside of these holdings, M. Worldwide Inc. concentrates on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. The company maintains a presence not only in North America, but also in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and China.


As the creator of Humaniti, a globally-minded charity, it is Shoaib Khan’s role to manage the organization’s funds and direct its resources to places where it can do the most good for people in genuine need. Humaniti’s most recent missions have revolved around dispatching aid to areas of the world afflicted by war and natural disasters, with a particular focus on providing medical relief to children. Its stated mandate is to combine “the vibrant forces of entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration to solve the world’s most monumental challenges”.
